📦 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rink Bakery, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our baked goods. However, we understand that things don’t always go to plan. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns and refunds process.


🕒 Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on baked goods unless they are faulty or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the product

  • Your order number


💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • The product was not as described

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.


🔁 Exchanges or Replacements

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement item or credit note depending on availability and your preference.
